That was the conclusion of a suvey carried by two youth tinnitus from the Swedish Institute of Working Life who conducted their survey at 32 different fitness sessions. The results were published in a survey about noise and physical exercise in fitness centres. Two of the instructors suffered from youth tinnitus minor hearing impairment. Almost all the instructors and the exercisers stated that loud music would result in better physical performance. But, according to the Swedish survey, the exercisers made the same effort with youth tinnitus music played at a lower level. The music had no influence on the level of performance at all. The conclusion to be drawn from the survey, therefore is that there is no reason why healthy exercise should be unhealthy to your youth tinnitus ears.
